What I do…
I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has served children, families, and adults in the mental health field for the past eight years.
I’m here to provide you with a safe, supportive environment where you can manage your symptoms, find relief, and pursue your goals.
My background…
I received my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Sacred Heart University and my master’s in social services from Fordham University.
I’ve worked as a clinician for the Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) in Milford, served as clinical coordinator for the multidisciplinary evaluations program at Optimus Health Care in Bridgeport, and I’m currently providing therapy services as an LCSW in the New Haven area.
Working together…
I use a strengths-based perspective, meaning we’ll focus on your abilities, talents, and resources instead of your problems and deficits.
We’ll use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, music therapy, art therapy, and other approaches to explore the issues most important to you.
In therapy, I’ll make sure we develop trust, respect, and a personal connection so that you feel safe and understood.
